If I was a pollywog
A fine thing that be
A pollywog is a little frog
Or rather, a frog-to-be
If I was a pollywog
With a fine name such as that
I'd swim around, but I wouldn't drown
Cause pollywogs are made like that
If I was a pollywog
Well that's just what I would be
Until I grew into a frog
And then a frog is what I'd be
